Piste and domain advises

We prepare the slopes with great care.

Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
Keep control on your speed and trajectory.
Respect signs and advises of the piste patrol.
Practicing ski touring (hiking mode) on an open slope is forbidden.
When the domain is closed, grooming machines are at work with winch. Accidents can be fatal.
You are evolving on your own responsibility

Off-piste skiing

Off the secured areas, you are in “off-piste” zones and under your own responsibility.
Mountain dangers are not wearing signs.
Apply security advises mentioned at every lifts and respect signalization :
Closed slopes, danger signalization (filet, ropes, signs), avalanche danger flag...

Insurance

We recommend you to have your own insurance that covers ski risks practices (which presents risks such as all sports).
First aid services are not free of charge. Costs can be high regarding the position you were in and the means that have been used (staff, scooter, helicopter…).
First aid services rates on secured slopes are displayed at the information point and ticket offices.
Insurances well adapted to ski practise are proposed. Information at our tickets offices.

Rescue

If you witness an accident :

Join the closest lift
Indicate to the lift operator the place of the accident and if possible the nature of the accident.

On a ski lift

Take off the wrist strap of your ski poles and take them both in the opposite hand that will grab the lift poles. During the climb, do not slalom, stay on the piste.
Stay vigilant.
At the arrival, respect the signs and release the pole and move quickly from there.
